The State should not forbid interracial marriage. God allows interracial marriage, because marriage is a covenant based on creed and ethics, and not on race or color. Nowhere does the Bible condemn inter-racial marriage. In fact, Moses was married to a black woman, an Ethiopian, which caused a serious conflict in Israel (Num. 12:1), and over which God defended Moses.
